In connection with the provided services, Resol Bulgaria Ltd. processes information about the following Data subjects:

(а) individuals, users of the Site with registration as Clients;

(b) individuals who use the Site without registration;

(c) individuals who have made inquiries (including by phone call), complaints, requests, alerts, complaints or other correspondence to Resol Bulgaria Ltd.;

1.  The information you provide

(c) Special categories / sensitive data. The services of Resol Bulgaria Ltd. and the functionalities provided on the Site are not intended for storage and processing of special categories of data within the meaning of Art. 9 and Art. 10 of the Regulation. 2.  Suppliers and subcontractors

Resol Bulgaria ELtd.OOD uses subcontractors and service providers as specialized date centers for reliable and secure colocation of server and network equipment, etc. When working with subcontractors and suppliers, Resol Bulgaria Ltd. requires them to strictly comply with our instructions, in accordance with these Policies and Terms.

  2.2. Third parties

Your personal data may only be disclosed to third parties in the following cases: when required by law; if duly requested by a competent state or judicial authority; when we have received your express consent to do so; when necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of New Resol Bulgaria Ltd. and / or other users of the Services.

  3.5. Account closure. If you wish, you have the opportunity to close your account at any time by using the provided functionality. If you want to download and store the data stored in your account, you must do so before closing it. After closing the account, all the data, part of it, is deleted. In connection with our obligations, responsibilities and requirements of the law for a period of up to 2 / two / years are stored:

• In order to resolve possible disputes that arose or became known after the termination of the Agreement on the use of the Services, information about its conclusion is kept for 2 / two / years after the termination of the account. See "Shelf life" section.
• Due to the fact that sending an order is sending an electronic statement on your part to us, in accordance with EDLECS  we have an obligation to keep a log of the fact of sending the statement (without its content) for a period of 1 / one / year. The log contains the statement date, name and email address of the sender, and identification of the recipient.
• Data are deleted after the expiry of the specified period. In the meantime, they may only be granted in due course to the competent public authorities in the exercise of their supervisory powers or to a competent court in the event of a judicial proceeding in which they are concerned. In the event of a legal dispute or proceeding requiring the retention of data and / or a request from a competent public authority, it may be possible to retain data for longer than the specified time limits until the final conclusion of the dispute or proceeding before all instances.
• In order to ensure the reliability of the services and to prevent data loss for technical reasons, the Site has a data backup policy. The maximum update period (data deletion) of all backups is 30 days.

4.  Right to restrict data processing. The regulation provides for the possibility to restrict the processing of your personal data if there are grounds for doing so.
5.  Right to be notified to third parties. If applicable, you have the right to ask the Data Protection Administrator to notify third parties when he or she has provided your data with respect to correcting, deleting or restricting the processing of your personal data.
6.  Data portability right. You have the right to obtain the personal information you provide that is relevant to you in a structured, popular, machine-readable format, and to use that information for another administrator at your discretion.

Important: The sole responsibility for storing data exported from the Site and for any consequences of sharing it with other administrators is entirely your responsibility.

7. The right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing involving profiling, which has legal consequences for you or similarly affects you to a significant degree, unless otherwise provided by applicable personal data protection laws. There are grounds for this and appropriate guarantees are provided to protect your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.

When providing the Services on the Site, technologies that fall into this category are not used.

  6.10. Right to withdraw consent. You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data based on your consent. Such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of the consent given until such withdrawal.

9.  Right to complain to a supervisory authority. You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the applicable data protection legislation.
