These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Sellers and Users (Customers) who use the online store www.resol.bg to purchase goods. By clicking on an object, picture, link (other than the Terms of Service) or a button located on the Website: resol.bg is deemed that you agree or agree to the Terms and Conditions described below. These General Terms are in compliance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as with other normative acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Resol Bulgaria Ltd. is a trading company, UIC: 201595108, with headquarters in Sofia, Manastirski Livadi - east quarter, bl.21, which creates and maintains an online store, allows SELLERS to offer and sell goods in the store and defines the current General terms and conditions under which the goods are sold Resol Bulgaria Ltd. has full rights unilaterally to change the content of the Internet site, as well as the ways of access to it.
"ORDER" is a request made by a User to buy one or more specific goods (items) through the online store. The order may be of "approved" status when it is finally confirmed by email or telephone by the User. The order may be of "unconfirmed" status when it was received by Resol Bulgaria Ltd. by email, but has not been definitively confirmed.
"SALE AGREEMENT" is the distance contract concluded through this e-shop for the sale of goods between Seller and User.
”CPURIER” is a trader who physically delivers the purchased goods to an address specified by the User and works in accordance with the requirements of the Postal Services Act.
- Resol Bulgaria Ltd. is a registered personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (LPPD) and has the right to collect, process and use the personal data of its users with respect to the needs of the e-shop, while having the obligation to protect secretly do not use this personal information for any other purpose, nor provide it to third parties, except Sellers in the store.

These General Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the manager of Resol Bulgaria EOOD and the last change in them is from 27.05.2018.
